This page says what the site stores on your device. Technical tools are always on. Google Analytics statistics and the Meta pixel are turned on only if you accept them on the banner. The Italian version is the reference text.

What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. There are similar tools, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage), that work in a similar way. Here, when we say cookies we include these too.
Technical tools (always on)
They do not require consent. They are two entries in your browser’s local storage:
- su_lang: the language you chose, so next time we show you the site in the same language. It stays until you clear the site data.
- su_consent: your choice on the banner and its date, so we do not show it again on every page. We ask again after six months.
Statistics: Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. The data is aggregate and we do not link it to your name. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising and we do not turn on Google’s advertising signals. According to Google’s documentation, Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses.
Until you accept, the site does not load Google Analytics and does not contact Google’s servers. The cookies it sets, when active, are:
- _ga: tells one visitor from another. Maximum lifetime 2 years.
- _ga_ followed by a code: keeps the session state. Maximum lifetime 2 years.
Marketing: Meta pixel (only with your consent)
If you accept, we load the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), which tells us whether a visit comes from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram and whether a booking or an event enquiry is then sent. Meta may also use this data to show you more relevant advertising. We have switched off the automatic collection of form data: your name, email, phone number and notes are not sent to Meta.
Until you accept, the site does not load the pixel and does not contact Meta’s servers. We never load it on the page where you manage your booking. The cookies it sets, when active, are:
- _fbp: identifies the browser for ad statistics. Maximum lifetime 90 days.
- _fbc: appears only if you arrive by clicking one of our ads. Maximum lifetime 90 days.
What it does not use
- Other advertising or profiling cookies, besides the Meta pixel that you turn on only with consent.
- Buttons or content embedded from social networks, maps or videos. The “Open in Google Maps” link is a plain link: data is exchanged with Google only if you open it, under Google’s terms.
- Fonts loaded from external services: they are part of the site itself.
Staff area
People who work with us sign in to a private area (/staff/). It uses a technical session cookie, needed to keep the login open. It does not affect people visiting the site.
How to change your mind
You can review your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” button below, or at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent to statistics or marketing, we delete the Google Analytics or Meta pixel cookies from your browser. You can also clear the site data in your browser settings.
